All online orders are sent via NZPost. All parcels are set to 'Authority to Leave' which means if you're not home at the time of delivery the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place on your property where possible. They do not require a signature. We will email you your tracking number once your parcel has been sent.
We will process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible within standard business hours. Processing may take 3 working days at the most. Please do get in touch if you need your order processed urgently.
